Enjoy Life Foods is a company whose products contain none of the 8 most common allergens (wheat/gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish or shellfish). Big sigh of relief for so many! The plant where all of Enjoy Life Foods are processed is also dedicated solely to being allergen free as well so there is no fear of cross contamination. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have safe and tasty options for "W". Such a relief as a mom to have yummy treats for my son! When I was recently sent boxes of their latest goodies, Crunchy Cookies, our whole family dug right in!
There are four flavors of these crunchy goodies: Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Chip, Vanilla Honey Graham and Sugar Crisp and they are all, in a word, AMAZING! There is nothing about these cookies that says "I am missing something" which is sometimes the case in allergen free foods. These cookies are sweet, crisp, crunchy and did not stand a chance in our house. These yummy cookies are being gobbled right up at a staggering rate. We have been using them to make one of our favorite summer treats, ice cream cookie sandwiches! These crunchy cookies are sturdy enough and just the right size so make this sweet treat!
