You have all heard me sing the praises of the company Enjoy Life Foods many times over the past (almost) two years.  My son, W, has a tree nut allergy so I am always on the hunt for "safe" foods for him and Enjoy Life Foods create foods that are free from the 8 top allergens.  Enjoy Life Foods is my go to brand for safe snacking for the entire family.  Here is a bit of background behind one of my favorite food companies...

Enjoy Life Foods is a company whose products contain none of the 8 most common allergens (wheat/gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish or shellfish).  Big sigh of relief for so many!  The plant where all of Enjoy Life Foods are processed is also dedicated solely to being allergen free as well so there is no fear of cross contamination.  Enjoy Life Foods makes a wide variety of foods such as cereals, cookies, granola, trail mixes, snack bars, bagels and more.

I can't tell you what a relief it is to have food to serve "W" that is yummy and makes him feel like he is not being left out. We enjoy all their products (there are a bunch!) but an absolute favorite it the trail mix.  The Trail Mix from Enjoy Life Foods is absolutely delicious!  There are two varieties and I can't choose a favorite...they are both equally yummy!  Beach Bash is a medley of  sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, dried pineapple, apricots and cranberries. Mountain Mambo is made with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds (pepitas), fruit and chocolate chips.  These trail mixes are great for on the go snacks and are a go to for us for a quick, healthy and nourishing snack.  I like to sprinkle mine over  yogurt.
