My dad and my husband love to cook, so I am always looking for quality cooking gadgets when it comes to gift giving. We were delighted to have the opportunity to work with Microplane this year and to have them featured in our holiday gift guide! Their kitchen tools are absolutely superb and are one of my go to companies when searching for a good grater.
When looking up a good recipe, I tend to follow it completely to know if it is really a quality dish and if I want to save it in my recipe folder. Unfortunately, I don't always have the proper tools, so I tend to skip or change that step for convenience, but then I wonder afterwords if it would have been even better if I had strictly followed the directions.
