This book was such a joy for me to read. I loved reliving the puppy years through these stories and it made me so excited to introduce a new puppy to our home. I giggled over the silly antics and commiserated with the process that is training a new pup! I really, really related to the sections about living with an older dog and, of course to the saying goodbye section. I was so emotional reading these parts as we had so recently gone through all this with our girl, Zara. Oh, boy, bring on the tissues! As always, the Chicken Soup books are wonderful reads that will manage to get right into your heart. I highly recommend this one to all the dog lovers on your list!
