I love shoes.  I love how they can transform an outfit (or attitude!) in an instant.  I used to wear a lot of heels but since running after children is now a big part of my day, I generally gravitate toward a flat shoe.  Chasing after three little ones is not very successful when you are hobbling around in platforms!  In any case, these days I am mostly sporting flats so I always have my radar up for shoes that flat heeled, cute and comfortable.  When I was approached to do a review of the Ballasox by CC Corso Como I did a little happy dance.  I have been spending way too much time in flimsy flip-flops and needed a little mommy boost.  Here is the buzz about Ballasox....

The Festive is one of two styles from Corso Como’s latest “Ballasox” line, which takes the flat to a new level of blissful comfort with the introduction of a soft, form-fitting sock sewn into the lining of a butter skin leather upper and cushy rubber sole. When my Ballasox arrived in their cute little pouch I was thrilled.  They were adorable!  They were very stylish and in a sassy red color which I love.  I have been sporting these around town in everything from jeans to khakis and skirts.  On top of feeling stylish these shoes are SO comfortable.  There is no pinching or rubbing or tightness.  Wearing Ballasox is like wearing a pair of socks!  I know whey they call they use the slogan "Better Than Barefoot".  I do a ton of running around with the kids but these shoes keep my comfy no matter where my day takes me...and they look cute!  I also want to mention that I have been wearing these shoes faithfully for weeks now and they still look brand new.  I am such a fan that I am already trying to decide which color I want next!  Ballasox retail for $60 per women's pair and $49.99 for little girls (how cute to have matching flats??).  You can find a retailer by you by clicking here or order them online by clicking here.
