Songs tell a story, and now many of country music’s most famous singers and songwriters are sharing more of the story! My take? Well, I am already a huge fan of the Chicken Soup books but I found this one particularly interesting. I would not call myself a huge country music fan but I like a lot of the more popular songs and lots of ones which were included in this book. I found it so interesting to know the story behind the songs and now the songs hold so much more meaning when I hear them. Each song featured has a photo of the song writer, the story about the song as well as the lyrics. I am still emotional after reading the story behind "Holes in the Floor of Heaven" and I was surprised to hear that "The Dance" sprung from the movie Peggy Sue Got Married!
